  • Are the roses offered in the shop real?
    Yes, we only offer real roses. Our roses are picked and preserved at the time of their most beautiful bloom.
  • Do I really not have to water and care for the roses?
    No, our Infinity roses do not need water. Water and moisture actually damage the roses. Also, be careful not to expose the roses to direct sunlight and do not touch the roses. This ensures that your roses will bloom for up to 3 years. Please note our care instructions.
  • I am a business customer and would like to order preserved roses from you as a customer gift / employee gift. Do you also decorate our customer reception area or shop window?
    Write us an email to info@rosenbouquet.ch with your individual ideas. We will then contact you and discuss how to proceed. Yes, we also decorate customer reception areas or shop windows (you can save on the weekly flower subscription).
  • What happens after my order?
    After your order has been received, an automated order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. If you can't find the e-mail in your inbox, please also check your spam folder. Once we have dispatched the order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation including a tracking number by e-mail. This allows you to track the transport status of the rose box.
  • Is the delivery of the rose box insured against loss and damage?
    Yes, we only ship our rose boxes with proof of delivery and this form of shipping is automatically insured against loss and damage.
