Shipping costs (Switzerland and Liechtenstein)

We ship free of charge from an order value of CHF 100.- (1-2 working days)!

For an order value below CHF 100.- we charge CHF 12.- (1-2 working days). The package will be sent without invoice (you will receive this by email) and naming the sender. Optionally for CHF 8.- we enclose a greeting card with individual text, where you can name the sender (this option is suggested to you in the shopping cart).

We drape the roses in Switzerland individually for you as customer and send them by Swiss Post.

Thus, there are no subsequent customs charges or VAT for you.

We only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Loss and damage during delivery

We ship our rose bouquets in secure shipping packaging specially made for our rose boxes, so that they arrive well protected.

The delivery is in principle insured against loss and damage at the post office. Nevertheless, we would like to mention that we deliver the goods at your risk.

Despite all the care and our attention to detail, in very rare cases there may be damage during delivery. Transport damage must be claimed immediately upon receipt of the goods and in the presence of the parcel carrier. Therefore, open the shipment in the presence of the parcel carrier. In case of deviations or damage to the goods, let the parcel carrier confirm this in writing and report the transport damage to us and send us the written confirmation of the carrier and a photo. This damage report with the parcel carrier is a prerequisite for you and us to be reimbursed by the post office for the value of the damage.

Shipping with prepayment transfer

If you pay by advance payment transfer, the shipment may be delayed depending on the speed of payment by another 1-2 business days. If you are in a hurry, please send us a payment confirmation.
